Carbide balls belong to super-hard alloys. Domestic and foreign brands are very different. There are also many different brands between domestic manufacturers. As a user, the correct selection of grades can maximize production efficiency.
Carbide balls (tungsten steel) are widely used in the stamping die industry, CNC industry, powder metallurgy industry, hot runner, precision mold industry, mining production, woodworking tools, etc., and even tungsten steel can be used on watches.
There are many grades for the tungsten steel segmentation used for stamping. There are many domestic and foreign brands. Consumers often see dizziness and do not know which brand is most suitable. In fact, although there are many brands at home and abroad, in general, it can be divided into granularity.
Large categories: fine particles, medium particles, coarse particles. Let's talk about the skills of the three categories:

Fine grain tungsten steel:
With high toughness and high hardness, it has a very good performance as a wear resistance and impact resistance for stamping. However, the fine particles belong to the higher price of tungsten steel. If the product is produced more, the tungsten steel of this grade can be considered. If you have fewer products, you don't have to choose such a high price.

Medium grain tungsten steel:
Medium-grain tungsten steel is the most commonly used tungsten steel, such as the domestic grade YG15. Because of its versatility, moderate price and excellent performance. It is the most commonly used material at home and abroad. Medium-grain Plastic Hollow Balls tungsten steel has high hardness and high toughness, can process most different materials, and has a wide range of applications. Highly recognized and affirmed by consumption. However, its performance is less painful than the other two categories of medium-grain tungsten steel without "flash surface", which is also a major drawback.

Coarse grain tungsten steel:
Coarse-grained tungsten steel is more targeted than the first two types. It is suitable for materials that are difficult to press and process, such as thick stainless steel, silicon steel sheet, silicon steel sheet, etc. As a proprietary material for stamped slabs, coarse-grained tungsten steel has unparalleled strengths in other tungsten steels. However, its hardness is low, so the service life is shorter than the above two types.
Depending on the production of different materials, it is important to choose different tungsten steels, which can reduce the cost of production and increase production efficiency.
